WHICH BLENDS HAVE NO CAFFEINE?

Our 'Non-teas' have no caffeine. Those blends are Fruit Punch & Lemon & Ginger. Our CO2 Decaffeinated tea is a black tea and is decaffeinated using a natural CO2 process. The decaffeination process typically removes 98% of caffeine.

BLACK TEA {English Breakfast, Earl Grey & Chai} have the most caffeine.
GREEN TEA {Moroccan Mint, Jasmine Green & Green Tea} are low-medium caffeinated.
NON-TEA/HERBAL BLENDS {Fruit Punch and Lemon & Ginger} have zero caffeine.

 

HOW MANY CUPS OF TEA DO I GET WITH 1/4lb AND 500g LOOSE LEAF BAGS

1/4lb is 28 cups. 500g is 125 cups of proper tea!

 

HOW BIG IS YOUR TEAPOT IN 'CUPS OF TEA' TERMS?

Our tea-pot holds 13oz. It's a mug or two teacups. 

 

WHAT DOES THE '100 DEGREES' MEAN ON THE PACKAGING?

Please forgive our British Metrics. This means '100 degrees Celsius' which in American terms is 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Boiling temperature!

 

WHAT IS YOUR PACKAGING MADE OF?

We are proud to use completely plastic-free packaging. Keep an eye out for our inserts in all our boxes of tea letting you know which bits of packaging are for recycling and which are for composting.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY USUALLY TAKE?

If you live in Greater Milwaukee, you're in luck! We deliver within 1 business day in zero emission electric vehicles...Saving C02 emissions and making a difference.

All orders placed before 2pm CST weekdays ship same day. Orders after 2pm ship the next work day. Our orders are shipped USPS Priority - they usually arrive in 1-3 working days depending on location. You will receive a tracking number with every order to track progress. If you've paid for expedited delivery, and ordered before 2pm central, you should receive it the next working day.

 

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

The first thing you should do is contact us to see if there's anything else we can do to help, but we do accept returns. You will need to arrange to ship back the item at your own expense, and we do recommend using a tracked delivery service just in case anything goes wrong. Once we receive your item we will contact you and proceed with an exchange or refund, whichever has been agreed.

 

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER - HOW DO I DO THAT?

The best way to change anything on your order is to email hello@brewteacompany.us as soon as you can with your change request. We ship orders out same day if they're in before 2 pm central, so the sooner the better.

 

I HAVE A DISCOUNT OR REWARD CODE TO USE - WHERE DO I POP IT IN?

If you've got a standard discount code, after you hit checkout you'll get to an order summary screen where you can enter your code. Pop it in there. {They're hard to come by, so nice work!} 

If you have an account you are a rewards member! Before or during checkout you can login and our rewards app should prompt you to use any rewards available. If it does not do that for you please click on the small widget in the bottom left of your screen which says 'Rewards'. Login there and if you have a reward, click 'Redeem'. It will present the code for you to copy. You'll then need to paste it in the code field at checkout. Boom. Save and get awesome tea. Win-win.

  

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY PERSONAL DATA?

Nothing that you wouldn't want us to - we do not share data with third parties, and we do not store your payment details. If you want us to stop contacting you, find out what information we have or delete your account, just email hello@brewteacompany.us for help.
